The Problems of Constructive Reading Creation

Types of readers and different reading methods are analysed in this article, Problems and foundations of creation the new reading method — constructive reading, are discussed. This reading method connects with the new form of electronic editions and maximum coordination of system situation components. It describes a constructive activity of person, for the achievement the top efficiency its professional activity. Problems and possible direction of research are considered. New IT- solutions could create based on the synthesis of cibernetics and libernetics, cognitive science and computer science.
