Abstract


Three-dimensional model strain-stress state in quartz crystal sensing element of piezoresonance pressure sensor is considered for the purpose of investigation capability precision piezoresonance low and medium pressure sensors with intrinsic error 10,01%. Model is based on method finite elements and multy-function bundled software ansys.
