Abstract


The article deals with the method of forming of the spatial matrix of financial flows (SMFF). The basis of the proposed methid are the principles of formalization of social accounting matrices. These principles have been transformed by means of accounting a regional specific character of the distibution of financial flows on insitutional sectors and levels of spatial hierarchy. By the example of the Republic of Bashkortostanwas realized a proposed scheme of the spatial distibution of financial flows. Were revealed high instrumental properties of the proposed matrix for the management by the territorial finances.
